The only person that made money on this deal was the guy that bought the 2000 shares at $1.51. The 12 mil being payed to Dominion would sure boost payout to shareholders if that was kicked in. There can't be too many shareholders happy with this deal. Oh, well. Pray for a white knight, because prayers are all that can impact this situation.
