Digital Insight Teams Up With CUC International Inc. to Provide
Web-based Auto Buying Services for Financial Institutions

CAMARILLO, Calif., Feb. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Digital Insight, the leading developer and provider of real-time,
Internet-based home banking services via the World Wide Web, announced today they have teamed up with CUC
International Inc. (NYSE: CU) of Stamford, Connecticut, to offer CUC's AutoVantage car buying services to Digital
Insight's 135 financial institution clients. CUC's AutoVantage program is the leading auto buying service with over 2,000
participating dealerships nationwide and currently has more than 100 credit unions and fifty large banks using its auto buying
services.

"With more and more people turning to the Internet to conduct their financial transactions, we are very pleased to partner with
Digital Insight to offer our AutoVantage program to their financial institutions' clients," said Scott Ciccari of CUC who heads
the Credit Union AutoVantage program. "With Digital Insight's expertise in providing Internet-based banking and our
expertise in delivering the best auto buying services, we believe this will be an important and valuable partnership to the
many current and future consumers on the Internet in search of their next car."

Digital Insight will integrate and brand the AutoVantage program into each financial institution's web site.

Community Credit Union will be both Digital Insight's first client to provide the AutoVantage program to its customers as
well as the first financial institution on the Internet to offer CUC's AutoVantage program. By simply accessing Community
Credit Union's web site, its customers will be able to view car summary guides online and to request new car pricing on a
desired automobile. Once they decide to purchase the auto, they can then secure a new car loan online.

Digital Insight currently provides online Internet-based banking to 32 of the 56 financial institutions that offer real-time
access via the Internet. Over twenty thousand customers now use Digital Insight's AXIS home banking system and 50 more
institutions are committed to providing it. The AXIS home banking system includes real-time account access, stock quotes,
bill payment, financial wizards, interfaces to Quicken and Money 97, as well as custom application forms. Along with
Internet home banking services, Digital Insight provides web site creation, maintenance and server hosting facilities for more
than 135 financial institutions throughout the country. Digital Insight was founded in July 1995.
