George, with all due respect, I would suggest you go back and read between the lines on the posts made on this thread during the time when the board was discussing the role of AHS. It simply occurs to me that AHS would not be putting money into AVAL and they would not be buying the company's shares outright UNLESS they had a reason for doing so. Long-term play? Absolutely.
