There have been occasional questions raised heretofore about whether or not HGRM will get paid for its shipments to Russia. Personally, I am more concerned that they will have no more luck enforcing the legal use of holograms than they have had with other programs. What is the government going to do, smash every untagged VCR, cell phone, TV set, bottle of vodka they find? We have never experienced the type of corruption and near anarchy they have there, so it is difficult for us to truly understand the level of social and bureaucratic chaos which is pervasive there. The point of this little lecture being, if the use of holograms is not successfully adopted, then the Russians will simply quit buying them.
