El: Schwab is back now - but with limited functionality. Its all very well there saying use the phone - but that gets clogged too. I can phone the London office, but they are so overworked they simply relay all calls to Phoenix which is the Internantional Office - but you hang on there for ages before a voice comes on. I have a specially privileged number to call the London office (inner sanctum of 4 traders) but when I tried today they never answered the phone.
