He said everything was fine with SCMI. Many calls from investment community regarding Hitsgalore merger! Ed wanted to reiterate that fact that SCMI does not pay Hitsgalore $1,000,000.00 pursuant to the merger agreement. The money that comes into SCMI on the exercise of the warrants will be used to pay down SCMI's debt. Ed is going to california this weekend to finalize the terms of the deal. The deal will be completed by the latest March 15, 1999. Next week we will have major announcements regarding both the SCMI-healthcare division and Hitsgalore division. I bought 10,000 more at .22 this morning. For every 6 shares of SCMI (which is stronger than ever...big contracts coming soon) we get 1 shares of hitsgalore )IMO will be at $5.00 quickly.
