Just spoke with William Husa at LEDS... 12.4M outstanding,4M in the float.

Here is what he elaborated on:

For many months LEDS has been developing interactive
learning for kids that could be marketed on the internet.
What they have done, is to use all the info from Jerry Lucas'
books (see www.jerrylucas.com).

They have all the technology in place and are going to
market starting May 1. They will be featured on Home
Shopping network in April.

The point is:

Interactive learning with sound to marketed over the internet.
Mr. Husa says it is unique and no one else is doing it. Because
the overhead is so small, they will be making approx $90 on
every $99 worth of sales. They will market subscriptions through
the internet site. They are going to be providing this to many
schools in California to begin with. Mr. Husa stated they were
looking at $15 million in profit from the schools alone. LEDS
has virtually no overhead and no debt. They (he said) have no
problem as far as cash is concerned...

Finally, Jerry Lucas (the former NBA all star for the Lakers) just left this morning to meet with "some very high powered people back east". This is all to make deals regarding marketing of LEDS's interactive learning through the internet.

Mr. Husa said more news will be forthcoming.

Sounds pretty decent to me. Mr. Husa will answer questions at
