Mike,

Usually when shares are sold off shore they are deeply discounted. It also indicates a offering may not have went well here ? Looking at what they are raising (450,000,000)I would guess they have discounted shares to 45 dollars , so if I'm correct that's another 100 million shares. It has been stated in the threads lately institutional
ownership has dropped to 36 % and quite a few shares have been sold by insiders the last two weeks. Maybe the predicted high attendance for tomorrow reflects there are a lot of questions to be asked. It will be dilutive as the shares become registered. As you can see they have 60 day holding period which is not to long. The problem is if I'm correct on my 45 dollar figure with the least little rise in the stock the people off shore tend to make a good profit and they will sell into that market. I think there will be coverage on CNBC on this tommorrow. I personally don't think Wall Street will look kindly at this.
