Just want to document this.....
I am now going to place an order. It is an order that I was trying to place this morning, although now I am forced to set a different limit, as the ask is now lower than today's best execution. I do not know if the bid ever reached the limit that I am going to specify, AND I DON'T CARE!! Schwab *must* compensate me in future commissions for the difference between the execution and today's best price for the issue. It's only going to total $125, but it's the principle.... this has happened several times, and my team always looks to see if, given the published record of "bids", the trade would have executed. However, most of us have experienced "price improvements" from Schwab, so that argument does not hold water.
Pottruck..... two years, and you still have the same error messages, and the same symptoms. Do you run around like a crazy man at these times, blaming others? Or do you take the blame at the desk of incompetence where it belongs? Yours.
That incompetence..... *yours*..... has cost me real gains, over and over again. |
