IMO, the shorters are selling, knowing the price will increase in the coming days. Potential buyers are waiting to hear from the company in regards to news of how the Nasdaq Application is going.
I would never sell any of my shares, knowing that any day this stock could skyrocket. Who knows what day that might be! Everyone who owns this stock, hang on to it and buy more!
If you watch Internet stocks in the U.S., it is hard to understand the momentum behind buying and selling; but once it starts, it is hard to stop. Ubid is up to $80.00, after going down to lows in the $50 range. This is good news for BII.
When any company announces a stock split, people will hold off buying that stock until a couple of days before the split. Many wait until the last minute.
I think, people realize they have plenty of time to buy BII, and are using their money elsewhere until Nasdaq gets closer.
I don't know whether this stock will follow the enthusiasm or lack of enthusiasm seen in the U.S. markets, until it reaches the Nasdaq. This low volume does not bother me at this point because, I know people are on the sidelines waiting. I'm just happy to get in on the low prices now.
Of, course this is all IMHO.
With regards,
RG

P.S. Count me in on the celebration! I vote to go to Las Vegas!
