(OTC Bulletin Board: EBUY), formerly Shop TV, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SHTV),
announced today that its stock has begun trading under the new symbol EBUY.
Also effective today is the previously announced reverse one for ten (1:10)
common share split.
site2shop.com, headquartered in Pompano Beach, Florida, is an electronic,
specialty retailer. The newly named company will continue to distribute
national, shop-at-home television programming to targeted audiences. The
company also owns and operates a retail store in Florida. "We are focusing
