Update to my response. According to the recent SEC Edgar filing, apparently the company was informed by the FDA that it was out of compliance with respect to certain representations issued in press releases. The company did not specify exactly what those violations were. Also, the FDA did raise the issue of the need for disclosure of principal investigators who are also shareholders and the issue of whether there was the potential for investigator bias. Apparently the company responded by having the clinical trial data audited to ensure no bias. There does not appear to be any significant concern that the FDA will not approve this year. From there on, the market place will determine if LTK is a viable and successful technology. I am betting it is! The ROCKSTER
