i don't want to get into a pissing match on the validity of financial statement numbers. My estimate was a 2 second scratch to show that a further decline from yesterdays low may not make sense based on the financing deal.

I don't know how many developement co stm'ts you've read, but they are rampent with those expenses. At least they seem to have written off a bunch of non cash assets. Most of these co's argue to keep them on until the cows come home.

I don't really follow this stock that much and will likely be a very short term holder, so i just doubt that i will dig up a lot on the stock.
