NN has 2 affiliates in the Boston area:
Ironbridge (in Lexington, MA.) and Northchurch
(in Andover, MA.). In addition, there is a
Newbridge facility which has about 70 people
(I think), most of them in support, but including
2 small engineering groups (in Andover). Also, there is an
nCipher US headquarters in the area somewhere.
I'm wondering what "consolidation" means, and
I'm sure the people at Ironbridge and Northchurch
are also wondering! (Ironbridge has about 100 people,
and Northchurch 50).
