Scrapps, try this one one for size.

USR is a dominant force in client modems, and RA hubs. They have a broad distribution channel, and are well known as an innovator and provider of quality products in both analog and digital remote access.

3COM is similar in market position and perception, except they sell switches, routers, network adapters, etc. A combination of the two would create a powerhouse, providing a full line of quality networking products unmatched by anyone. And 3Com just got a lot cheaper.

Whatdayya think? Anyone?
