Well from time to time when I am kicking around in this sandbox... ...I will share a few of my thoughts. Market mania in the absolutely worthless micros has given me a litte extra $$ to buy some real gems. Today I am buying RGEQ The company is fully reporting...and althought there are more shares out than I like...it is pretty tightly held. The company according to the 10Q the Company maintains significant cash and cash equivalent balances at Wells Fargo Bank (the Bank), a major banking institution. And if Yahoo is correct that amount of cash is about 3.11 million bucks which is = to about 4 cents a share. Add to that the fact that the company has shopping center in Grand Rapids Mich and no debt and methinks I have a real bargin. A NO - BRAINER Of course as a new shareholder I will be wondering WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO DO WITH ALL THAT $$$? Lazarus - content just sitting here talking to myself
