Secondary Offering increased.

According to Bridge News, the secondary is being increased by 200,000 shares to 5 million plus 3 shareholders have decided to offer 35000 more shares for a total of 5,035,000.

Got this from the Level 2 service provided by Etrade although it does not show up on regular etrade news. Dated 2/23/99
