Rick, I'm _both_ an analyst and a broker--twenty years the former and two years for the latter. I got interested in Paracelsian because I specialize in small, special situations, and because, believe it or not, I know one of the founders of the company. (He no longer has any association at all with PRLN.) Apparently, Paracelsian was founded for a different purpose than what the company is doing now, and it has evolved into its current form. I'm still interested as to why the management succession is painted as "planned" when there's no one lined up to take the helm. Yes, I'll report on the conference. Chris (actually, it's Christine, but someone had already taken that name on this list!)
