From washingtonpost.com Still, almost all government agencies are drawing up emergency plans, including the Fed, which plans to stockpile an extra $200 billion in cash for banks, about a third more than usual. I assume that this is a misprint. It has been my understanding that the Fed plans to stockpile an extra $50 billion, not $200 billion. B.K.
