i took the bull by the horns and contacted the auditors, mcgladrey and pullen in new haven, ct., and spoke with the partner in charge the audit started awhile ago and the field audit team instructed INTI what they needed in additional info and to get back to them when it was compiled. evidently the call was made from INTI to the auditors this week to come back to complete the job. i was informed by the auditors that the whole process should take about 30 days until it would be totally completed. i think for all of us that this happening is a dissappointment but not a reason to run for cover. i will be in contact with the company and stress that they have a fiduciary responsibility to communicate with shareholders to give us an update rather than from me.
