Hi Mark,

Actually, I believe that is simply taking into account the over allotment, should the broker's take advantage of it. The additional 35,000 shares are indeed being sold by a shareholder(s) in the company.

I have a feeling we may see the SPO completed next week. Volume has all but dried up completely now. Day traders appear to be out as well. We are forming a nice base here. Would be real nice to see EGGS break up out of this large triangle. Could go either way.
