Rockster: I looked through the last S-3 but didn't find that reference of being out of compliance, in respect to a news release. Could it be the story from 7/28? [Leading Ophthalmologist and Wife Treated With Sunrise LTK; Sunrise Plans 1998 Submission for Hyperopia PMA] I received a reply from Debbie Clark 'Marketing Coordinator' that this press release was removed to correct a statement.
