Ave Joe, The CNET release should not pose any problems for DRIV. WinFiles.com is a feeware/shareware/demo download site and is not in competition with DRIV. I believe you will find that their revenues are generated by ads rather than actual sales of software titles. It does however continue to validate ESD as an up and coming avenue for developers to use to get their products into the hands of the public. Don
