Zeev, Do you know who the other firms developing low dielectric organic films are ? I'm not an expert, but remember PMAT bought Electrotech for quite a hefty price and a lot of analysts didn't like it. Considering how smart the management is and how much savvy semi-equip people talk-up the company, they must have done so for a reason.
