Since April 15, 1998 Dicky alone has reduced his position from about 5.7 to 4.7 million shares. As of January 31, 1999 SHRP had about 9.4 million shares outstanding.

Any way you look at the auction site it is a big flop. If it were going to take off it would have done it by now, particularly with Dicky's CNBC appearance last evening. The level of interest and participation is a joke and I predict they will remove the box with the numbers on it to prevent further embarrassment.
