News out on JSUB.

LONGWOOD, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 24, 1999--Jreck Subs Group Inc.
JSUB , a Franchise Management Company with over 300 restaurants nationwide, has
entered into an agreement with Kalin Enterprises of Syracuse, N.Y., to open up to five
Mountain Mike's Take-n-Bake locations.

Kalin Enterprises is an existing franchise of Jreck Subs Group Inc. Their stores are
located in Central and Northern New York. Under the agreement, Kalin Enterprises
will be building the pizza stores into their existing locations in order to continue to drive
their "night-time" business. Christopher Swartz, president and CEO of JSUB said: "We
are very excited about this development agreement. It is part of our continuing process
of driving two day-parts in each one of our stores. This allows the franchisee to leverage
their real estate and earn more revenues during more hours of the day. We are excited
by the pace in which our franchisees are adding other day-parts through our family of
brands." On Dec. 14, 1998, JSUB announced the early returns on their cross-branded
unit in Redmond, Wash. In the first 30 days sales figures went up 25%, after 60 days
35%, and after 120 days sales were up 45%. On an annualized basis this represents
estimated sales increases of $160,000.00 or higher.
