I excerpted that piece only to address the previous poster's comments. After you have read the new material if that hasn't answered your questions, feel free to submit more to me and to this thread. I recommend downloading the white paper as .pdf since there are a lot of complex diagrams. The paper is what we've been waiting for on this thread and I am in the process of studying it.
