I thought I'd bring the "pooling" subject over here to start it off. Isn't it true that most of these 3rd tier are so small that any goodwill would be a drop in the bucket? I would think it would be worse for the AGPH types? I certainly agree that the streets shortsightedness about earnings makes this a problem. On the other hand I believe that when the sector finally comes alive, it won't matter beans about accounting rules, writeoffs, or diluted earnings... hell look the internet stocks! This may save force us to hold untill the sector turns and big pharma piles in regardless, instead of half hearted "take unders" at crappy prices. Also, when they DO get earnins check out biomatrix! :) DAK
