OK, you're not Gary Smallwood. Fine. You must be a good friend for Gary or Todd to give you those details.

Fifty Thousand Dollars is a lot of money, Kempoman. We have the level 2 screens here and have been following the trades since day one. The fact is they didn't do their job and/or are far less effective than they think they are.

I asked for the shares back, but I'm not holding my breath.

You did say something that was correct however... the Dillows did a great job ramping-up KCAP, IMHO. And until they fired them, Gary's company VCMC was probably an important part of that effort.

Whether it was too short a trial period, or they couldn't complete what was represented, it doesn't matter. I was the client. I was unhappy. 'Nuff said.

You say that you're a broker. Hmmm... even a wet-behind-the-ears broker knows that IR firms (or promoters) must fully disclose any remuneration for services, when sending out their tout-sheets. Get in the game, or get off the field, KM.

PS - From your bio, I can see you're new to SI, and from your continued use of all UPPERCASE, I can tell you are new to the Internet. FYI, it's considered extremely bad style, and wouldn't want you to embarrass yourself further.
