Michael, Anything I state on this board is my opinion, therefore, with that said, I feel that Yeros did not make the desicion himself!! Certainly the final, however, the advice given probably came from a wide variety of people including counsel!! Andrx did not have to settle at all if they did not want too! Medix could have continued on the same path as well!! I think it is part of cleaning the slate for something bigger!! Financing is important, however, I do believe that there may be more to what we are seeing!! If anybody can add some opinions, I would like to hear them!! I've been in to long now to see it end, therefore, I am here for the duration!! mike w.
