Novellus announced a secondary offering today. Several semi equips did this at the top of the last stock peak for this sector. It was just about the only indicator of a top that I could point my finger to, after the fact. If we see a few more secondary offerings, I think it will indicate we are at a substantial risk of being at the cyclical top.
