The restatement of earnings due to In House Process and Development will forever remain the main reason ALL shiva shareholders were doomed from the start.
You can't always blame the auditor for the creative accounting...The company may put them up to it...or threaten their job. I have know idea what happened hear. Their is a personal irony here, and I care about this person to much to say anything further about Restatements.
Except for the fact that it proves Shiva was in worse shape then we knew...I wonder if Zucco knew about the creative accounting...Or is that just an other one of my stupid,pathetic useless questions, when it comes down to Wondering about Shiva ?
I bid you Faithful Followers a final Good-Bye from this Shiva Thread. There aren't anywhere near enough NO votes. The chicken-sh*t Institutions including SWIB with any kind of stock, all voted YES.
SWIB busted Shiva's balls , sued them over re-priced options, and then turned around and voted YES when we needed them. They weren't alone, though.
There was an Industry guy that came on the thread last fall and said that "6 bucks was a gift"....Paul B. you were right. Can you imagine if there was know Intel deal and then the Re-statement came out?
Vote No for the message....take your 6 bucks and learn an other lesson about life.
