The expensive houses tend to be newer ones. Since we're in the suburbs, many of these houses have decent yards, but yes, some of the newer ones are built in a tiny lot.

In regards to the tax law, I had presumed that one was required to roll the money over. If that is untrue, I must have plead ignorance. Could you give me a brief synopsis of the current law about the tax gains? Thanks.

BTW--nice read on AG's words yesterday. Can bullshit a bullshiter, eh?
