For what little it is worth, here it is:

Spoke with Ron Green briefly. The merger is moving ahead at an appropriate speed. They need to finish a certified audit of AVAL before the Fairness Hearing can be held. The audit is due out this coming Friday. When it is out, the Fairness Hearing can be scheduled. Ron thought the Hearing could be held anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Once the hearing is over, the proxy can be prepared and mailed to shareholders. Apparently AHS has released its business plan to some of you on this thread. Ron thought it could be had by any of us for the asking. He'd like to see AHS eventually go public and believes they are working toward that goal in a meaninful way.
