I just don't know how you can sell health products by mail with a profit. But no one cares about that

I don't know about profits, but prescription filling is a good niche the net can fill. I've read about this before and think the idea has more merit than most. I see it being moderately successful (from a consumer standpoint).

I just don't see where how very many products will actually be very big sellers in the internet. All the successful products sold on the net are the ones with the absolute lowest profit margins.
