Perhaps you or someone else can answer a few questions I have.
From the Madera web site:
Madera International, Inc. grows and harvests tropical timber under an approved forest management program. The Company manufactures and markets mahogany, spanish cedar, and other hardwood forest products worldwide. Madera owns timberlands in Brazil and Peru and operates two mills. The Company's subsidiary oversees environmental protection programs initiated by the Company.

referring to the bolds:
1) Who approved the forest management program they speak of, and where can I get information about the program?
2) So the company sets and enforces its own environmental policies?
