Good Afternoon Frank,

We have a real serious potential problem and it is not Microsoft but the Chairman of the Federal Reserve. He was indeed market friendly last year when interest rates were lowered three times. Yesterday and today once again gave investors something to really be concerned about. Mr Greenspan has this way of spooking the markets with his awesome power. What is most serious was his mentioning of possibly taking back one of the interest rate cuts of last year. This is a no no!! The bond rate is rising and the threat of Greenspan is definately troublesome. This could sink all boats. I think Allen wants the market to pull back and by making a threat of taking back one of those rate cuts is something that nobody can ignore. It is anybody's guess out this will play out but for the short term it can spell trouble. This is one reason why I personally have decided not to use margin or play options but this is just my individual preference.

Best Wishes
Frank
