Annette: I've been doing some research on Capstead, and I'm wondering -- what's your take on the dividend? At 9% or so yield, and near 100% payout, how secure do you think the dividend is? Estimated growth should take care of it if it materializes, but the payout ratio was one thing that kinda jumped out at me.

Of course, if they get lots of new cash from us DRIP investors, at a mere 3% discount rate, that also would do it! <grin>
