Greetings, all: Over the weekend, I had an opportunity to talk with some knowledgeable folks. I can tell you that 1. The original investor conversion is nearly complete. There are a few lagging responses, which the company hopes to wrap up by the end of the month. 2. The status update for the Biotrack acquisition is moving along. Not complete, but moving along. 3. The folks I talked with didn't have a specific timetable (or certainly not one they wished to share with the world) but were optimistic about the company's ability to pull the deal together. That's the gist of it. I'll check back in when I have more news. Good trading, Chick in NC
