Sometimes it just becomes too much, and I spew out the emotional crap that has been pent up.
For those of us in the business, we have to keep clawing, scratching, digging, and clinging on, so we can survive this idiotic roller coaster ride. Clayton Williams said it might be time to "cut bait" and find another industry. I was really surprised to hear that from him. I never thought of him as a quitter... but then again, I don't see him actually quitting, either!! Hmmmm.
It may be a "do as I say", and not, "do as I do" scenario. The small guys are being encouraged to abandon ship in the rough seas. That leaves the calm waters for the big boys to sail on.
