That was only one long term contract canceled by Mobile on the Jack Bates and yes it will end up settled in court. All of FLC's recent debt has been related to the nine deep water projects currently under construction. All of the projects have signed contracts for an average of 4 years. It's the shallow water equipment that is currently taking away all the gravy from companies like FLC but the same can be said about most of the other drillers.
