Bob, something happened in Oct of '98. It could be anything from a minor filing to who knows what. There was a rumor of some internet company being merged. I found nothing of that. I was able to talk to the old president who has lost touch with the present shell owners. So he says. I cannot find a positive piece of information on the company. I will ask again. CAN ANYONE DO A SEARCH AND SEE WHO THE NEW TRANSFER AGENT IS??? Check with your broker and make him find out. ESPECIALLY those of you who have brought and sold the stock. You could be hit with a BIG surprise if this is not legal!!!! With that info we have a starting point. Also it is NOT American Securities in Denver. CAN someone help??? Larry
