I voted NO...I am aware of one Mutual Fund that said they were voting NO with 245,000. I wish that I was aware of more support.
Mark, why do you think their is a MOU ? Shiva responded. Sure, it exposes the hand of Shiva. Which only enforces their weakness, and the weak hand that led them to a 6 buck bail.
I don't like it anymore than you do. Surely, you can talk to your Legal Rep. in Philly. They are part of the settlement too. No ?

Talk to your Counsel, maybe they know something to the contrary.
But why did they agree to the MOU ??
When your Counsel tried to reach any Large Institutions, how many of them even took the call or returned it ?
The re-statement added all kinds of Good-will. Explain to me why it made Shiva look worse before the Restatement.
