SETO has been profitable. Still is profitable and become more profitable. JMO Here's more of the questions I asked management. 6) Is getting SETO listed a very high priority? A: Yes. We have always had a plan for a Nasdaq or Amex listing and continue to work towards that goal. 7) Will there be a RS to help get SETO listed, or is that not a part of the plan? A: We are NOT planning and will resist a RS but will have to do whatever is necessary to get listed. The market makers and/or underwriters usually determine the method to accomplish the listing. 8) What is the current growth projection of the company? A: The company WITHOUT TTH grew from 2 million to just under 3 million for 1997 to 1998, we expect to more then double growth this coming year and are forecasting 7+ million without an acquisition. The above is the gist of the questions and answers of my last contact with SETO this week. In the past the company has been conservative with what they have told me. I have been satisfied with the way things have been going with SETO. With the exception of the lack of a IR person. Mr. Pian (and I agree) is leery of hiring a IR person due to the lack of good IR companies out there. Bad experiences in the past is one reason I think management is cautious.
