Mike, Thanks for the correction. I don't think 10 million shares will dilute the stock that much. I think something like this was much easier to put together than a registered security sale. The question now would be when the shares are converted into common stock what is the ratio. 1:1 or 4:1.I think the way the stock trades today will show us how Wall Street feels. Jim
