357 Mag, if your shares are being held with your brokerage house they will send you a notice that they have received the spin-off shares of Mulberry St. If you are holding the stock certificates of DCGR than the spin-off shares will be sent to your home as were Alex's.BUT, i called the SEC today and the only thing that is on record is the REVERSE SPLIT from 9/98, NO SPIN-OFF'S OF ANY KIND. So Alex, if you want to know what that paper is worth that you received in the mail,it is worth A BIG FAT ZERO! Have a nice day all.
