What do you think of the following ??

NHC Communications Inc.

MONTREAL, Feb. 24 /CNW/ - NHC Communications Inc. (''NHC'') announced
today that it has become aware that a statement of claim has been issued in
the Ontario Court (General Division) in which it is named as the sole
defendant. The plaintiff in the action is Cumberland Management Services
Limited, on its own behalf and on behalf of 70 co-owners of computer software
which was previously purchased from NHC. The plaintiff seeks damages from NHC
for an alleged breach of contract in the amount of $90 million, or, in the
alternative, payment of $11,700,000 plus a declaration that outstanding
promissory notes issued by the co-owners and held by NHC in the amount of
$33,300,000 have been extinguished. NHC, which has yet to be served with the
statement of claim, is currently reviewing the matter with its legal counsel
and is considering a counterclaim against the plaintiff. The Company believes
that it has a strong defence and has announced that it intends to vigorously
defend the action.
