Although I am beginning to be concerned that your deviation into chasing the wild Asian Wapiti may have been derailed I do appreciate having you back in the fold and so does JC.

Questor's acquisition style is such that when they typically buy blocks of stock they represent to management that they will not be hostile acquirors, hence their trailing initials Questor SBS (which stands for side by side).

Questor could be buyers at distressed prices compared to what they originally paid ($13.50 or so, per my recollection), but I don't believe they would be aggressive, due to their corporate charter and obligation to follow what they have represented to their investors as buying substantial blocks in company's where they can have a substantial influence on increasing shareholder value.

I must admit I am somewhat baffled by the lack of volume, but ARSN (whoops its IMPCO, well at least not in my mind) has never been very promotional and they do like to just go out and generate gobs of cash.

On what else I am interested in (again at risk of offending the very isolated viewers of this board) I would presently look at 2 also quite unknown names. EFAX and BIOI.

EFAX has a potentially outstanding application in the fax to internet market (I became a user a week ago) and unlike most of the early stage internet deals this thing actually has fairly substantial revenues (even if not results) for an emerging internet deal. Check out the product first (EFAX.com) and then the stock. That got my competitive juices flowing. I think this has huge upside and potentially soon. The stock has acted very well technically the last three weeks and I think the product will blow Hotmails results out of the water. (Please check who invested in hotmail before efax).

Now try and understand what happens when aol or msft incorporates (or not) EFAX in their browser. OK that sounds ridiculous, but if you try the product I don't think my perception will for long (and I suspect that Tim Draper doesn't think so either).

#2: This one falls into one of my favorite categories, the "Dogs that are learning to HUNT!." BIOI, Biosource international has historically had great results and had to get a bigger kennel last year (when it urinated on the rug), which caused it to trade at a low PSR as they get their P&L back in order.

This is a complicated business, with a great guy running the show. The company has bought back gobs of stock for a small cap stock last year, but took a big 1 time (hopefully) charge last year and has just bought another company, which I don't belive that the great ex WVU running back would have done if it wasn't a clear generator of great ROI.

This stock needs to get its audit (year end results) out first, but if they made money in Q4 watch out. If they didn't we all have the time to find out if the dog is going through obedience training or not. This will determine if the stock is timely right now or in 30-90 days.

One other thing, there is virtually no analyst coverage right now but with Chamberlain's efforts there probably will be once they get in the black again. Dig deep before you discard the idea.

I again apologize for the diatribe, but the world traveler asked.
