Is anyone else having this problem trading with JB? Every time I make an on-line trade I am charged the full broker commission. I have to call--and stay on hold for about 30 minuts--to get the refund with each trade I make. Reps tell me it's a known problem that only happenes to a few accounts. I suspect this is not true, and that a lot of people who aren't looking closely enough at their transaction recrods are getting taken.
