Telecom Scorecard From Roldose>
Q Trounces Competing Stocks So Far In 1999
by: Rodolse 15233 of 15233
Scorecard as of close, Feb. 24:

QCOM +40.4%
NT +20.1%
MOT +18.5%
NOKA +16.0%
ERICY+12.4%
LU -6.4%

I like it. In fact, I like it very much. (And mktwatch00, since you pointed out that QCOM fell today while NOKA was up, I can't miss the opportunity to point out that so far in 1999, it looks like someone - no name calling here - has been invested in the bottom three telecom stocks). And we ain't seen nothing yet, the action in the last 15 minutes of trading today was astonishing, with the overall market and other telco's such as LU and NOKA in a free fall while Q gained a dollar. Thursday will be interesting, I believe that we will see quite a few upwards earnings adjustments on Q from the Street in the next two weeks.
